Death to Christians!

The red letters on a brick wall stare back at seventeen-year-old Abigail as she questions how the world became this way. Her faith has always been an important part of her life, but it could be the very thing that ends it. When her church is attacked on a quiet Wednesday evening, Abigail is forced to confront a reality she never thought possible. Miles away, Alex watches the horrific events unfold on the television screen before him. Having renounced his faith years ago, he has the choice to not become involved, but this could mean letting his family die as he watches silently. He makes the decision to return home, but will his journey bring him back to God, or further away from the faith he's already questioning? 

In this fast-paced, near-future dystopia, we are confronted with the idea of our religious freedom being stripped from us in the blink of an eye. Would we renounce our beliefs to save ourselves, or would we stand firm even if it costs us our lives?
